Susan Howarth has extensive experience coaching individuals through life and career transitions.  She has spent more than 30 years counseling individuals with disabilities who are just beginning their return to the working world.  Helping to develop action plans through vocational counseling has equipped Sue with the assessment, career planning and development, and workshop facilitation skills needed to provide a successful coaching experience for anyone in need of transition assistance.

Most recently Susan has focused on working with students with autism spectrum disorders or learning disabilities on college campuses in Maryland, providing counseling and advocacy for students with their families, professors, and disabilities support staff.  Through coaching,

Sue provides clients with the tools, support, and structure needed to define and reach their personal goals for success.
